SF Group are recruiting a Compliance Auditor for our Birmingham based Public Sector client. This role will see you working in a busy Compliance team to ensure that the overall Compliance programme is delivered to a high quality standard.
This will be a wide ranging role with focus on; reviewing compliance policies and procedures; coordination of compliance work and the overall development of the departmental business plan. Via hands on work, and effective delegation, you will help deliver a thorough review of assurance provision, internal audit and operational development. There will be a focus on looking at the external relationship with a large regulated business so excellent communication skills are a must.
The successful candidate will have good auditing/risk/compliance experience and also be in a position where you have contributed to the delivery of an internal audit, external audit or regulatory project through the management of teams and stakeholder liaison. You will have understanding of Governance, Risk and Controls frameworks, ideally in the public or regulated sectors, and you will be able to forge relationships with stakeholders.
